Product itself was mid-quality, but the imprint, customer service, speed of transaction and shipping, was excellent. This is the first order I have made with this company after leaving a competitor. I believe I will remain with this company. I am very happy with their service.

Our GOpromos customer service representative, Torie, worked hard to get us the best price on some 2011 Seville weekly planners. After the order was placed, and I found that GOpromos had reduced the price even further, Torie was able to refund us the difference, so we still ended up getting the lowest advertised price. Thanks to Torie, I will do more business with GOpromos in the future.

Product as expected.

We did not receive a proof of the printing on the front before the calendars were printed. As a result, they did not have the proper information when we received them. I will make sure in the future if I use Gopromos again that we receive a proof before printing. **Customer has been contacted and satisfied
