I am so amazed at the high quality of customer service provided by GoPromos. I had questions about my order and the customer service agent (a real person) answered all my questions. She reviewed my order, made recommendations and sent confirming emails for my review. All of this while we were on the phone. One more thing, she saved me money! I received my order faster than I imagined and was able to track the shipping status. I immediately started passing out my Sequel pens and everyone was impressed with the quality of the pen and the engravement. I will order from GoPromos again.
