NOT HAPPY WITH IMPRINT

I AM VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THE IMPRINT THAT YOU HAVE DONE ON THIS PRODUCT.I HAVE ALREADY CALLED AND COMPLAINED ABOUT THE IMPRINT ONCE AND YOU SENT ME A SECOND ORDER WHICH WAS SUPOSED TO CORECT THE IMPRINT. THE SECOND SHIPMENT I RECIEVED WAS WORSE THAN THE FIRST ORDER. THE PRINTING WAS SO SMALL THAT YOU ALMOST NEED A MAGNIFYING GLASS TO READ IT. I HAVE ORDERED NUMOROUS ITEMS OFF OF YOUR COMPANY OVER THE YEARS AND NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE. I WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING FROM YOUR COMPANY AGAIN. SKIP GARRETT VICE PRES.
