Pens not of the quality i have ordered before.

I recently ordered four hunderd pens. The barrel of the pens slips open very easily; doesn't lock into place as previou ones i had ordered. So the pen close themselves as you try to write. I called you customer dservice department and they were very nice and expedited me another order but those ones were only slightly better than the first order. Graham Baker

great pen

Everyone loves getting this pen, writes well and fun to use. Very happy with product will order it again. Only down fall I see with company is in ordering samples I asked three times for a sample of the goofy pen so I could see if it would be ok for children but get sent everything but that, so I will have to order my kids pens from a different company as I have a large event coming up and do not want to leave my clients children out. Other wise pleased with what I did get
