I ordered the black pens with gold letters.They look great and funtion well.My staff and patients love them. Delivery was fast as well.Best pens we have ordered to date.

I ordered 150 pens, they sent 160. Of the 160 only 2 were not funcational. I am ok having a less then 2% failing rate on something mechanical. I would order these again.

I order promo pens at least once per month from multiple websites. This order of 300 pens is horrible. Just as the other reviewer said...most of them do not write or the retractor is broken and the tip of the pen doesn't go back into the barrel. Pure junk, look elsewhere for another pen, and save yourself the headache!
