I found Torie F. in customer service an excellent and reliable resource. Together, we were able to work around critical issues dealing with art, production and delivery. Torie was always there to see things got done...and done right, without affecting the budget for the annual planner. I plan to re-order this planner again next year for my clients...and will use Torie, where ever she works!
