I never received the product to actually review it

I can not review the product but can review my experience with your company. In 1 word HORRENDOUS. After recieving an out of stock notice, I called to change my order,then was told it was in production and would be sent out that same day. When I asked what delivery date I was told 4-5 biz days, I advised that rep I had paid extra for quick delivery but was told she didn't see that. When the shipment still hadn't arrived by the next week and 4 days into our trade show, I called again and was told there were no notes on my account and whoever I talked to gave me wrong info- my order was just leaving production then ( 5days later) and the order was due w/in 2 days. On the end of the 3rd day, still no order so I called to cancel. Was told if I refuse shipment I would get full refund. The shipment came the next evening (after 7p and a full 9days into my tradeshow) and was refused. Now waiting to see how long and IF I do get my full refund. Whew! Don't think I'll use you again, even for 25% off!

Everybody wants our pens!

We are so pleased with this product we had to respond. The bright color and lightweight carrying ease have made them popular with workers, patrons, volunteers, and community locations such as banks and post offices which helps to spread the word of the Soup Kitchen with our name, address and phone number neatly printed on each pen.
