I have received my personal coffee mugs and they were perfect. Photo was placed all the way around the cup and a well received gift. I did have to wait a bit longer than expected as the first batch was borken on delivery, but a resubmit was placed and order came in perfect condition. I will certanly order aain. I need another special event to come that I want placed in ceramic. Thank You

I didn't expect much for the price, and made a small order of 24 as software indicated my photo used may result in lower quality image. Received finsihed product in less than a week, and everyone who received one raved about it! What a pleasant surprise! Mug image was nearly as sharp as actual phtoto. I wish I'd ordered more at the time, but am re-ordering now, and will double it. Thanks!

We researched deals from many websites providing customized mugs and these mugs allowed us to create a full color design, not just a one-color design or print, for significantly less. We actually ordered 100 more mugs because of how much we saved. This was also the only site we found that had decent design tools and gave us a clear picture of what our design would look like on the mug. While originally there was an issue uploading our artwork when we called it was quickly resolved and we received our mugs about week later, undamaged. The mugs looked just as they had appeared online and we will definitely consider using GOpromos in the future.
