I've never ordered customized product before, but I wanted to order something that looks really nice for new believers in our church. I know I wanted to get a light blue Delane pen because it is simply so elegant and attractive. My nephew once bought a box of hundreds of assorted metal pens very cheap - they all had mis-imprinted on them. The light blue Delane pen stood out from all the rest. Whenever I grab a handful of metal pens and ask someone to take one, that light blue Delane pen is almost always the first one to be picked. GOpromos' ordering system was extremly simple. I was able to customize everything online in a few minutes and it also gave me a nice preview. One thing amazed me was how quickly I received my pens. I think it's like two days after the order I received them! I actually received a few more than I ordered and they will not charge me for it. The impress looks very nice and clean cut. I will definitely order from them again. And this time I might have Chinese characters imprinted on the pens for our church name.
