I should begin by saying this was not my first order choice. The service rep recommended pen as the one I orginally ordered was unavailable. That being said, this is a very attractive pen for promotional givaways. The weight is nice and imprint is beautiful. My complaint is I ordered black ink and received blue. I ordered 500 pens and have about 60 in a box that do not write at all.

Not only does this product fulfill the promotional purposes required, it also writes very nicely. Staff members are requesting additional pens because of the writing flow. We love it!
