Pens are of good quality. The artwork and our info was all correct. My only complaint is that aprox. 50% of the pens were not put together correctly. I spent over a hour going through each pen and assuring that they were put together and tightened properly. Steve Huse

The pens are excellent and they work very well. The only thing is that when I recieved my order. Out of 500 pens at least 100 of them were not put together. It was just pieces in the box and I had to put them togther with my kids. I had six pens or I may say parts that was left over.

Good value for $$

Approx 90% of pens needed assembling. When I picked them up, they fell apart and I had to scramble floor to find springs. Also, this pen was replacement for unavailable pen and order should have been same total price as I stressed to sales rep. They added a FREE bag which increased the shipping and made the total order amount about $10.00 more. FREE bag cost me more than bag was worth. **Customer has been contacted and satisfied

The pens write nicely, but most of them were not tight. I had to go through the entire box and retighten every single pen. I was not real impressed with that part of the process. **Customer has been contacted and satisfied

I was extremeely satisfied with the pens. The logo and imprinting looks great. And the pen itself is a good quality pen - it writes well. I got much more than I expected for my money.
