These tape measures turned out to be larger than expected. Yes they are plastic but sturdy. Clips are handy for keeping up with them, if you are prone to lose things as I am. We got the store name imprinted and it was perfect. These are gifts for our vendors and loyal customers, and with the antiques business someone always needs to measure a piece of furniture... they will be greatly appreciated. Shipping was fast and each has a lightweight box included.
