Dissatisfied with the Product & Service

I ordered 3 items of the same order. Two were delivered with the only problem being the missing invoice but this was quickly sorted out by customer Service. The magnets were another story. Delivery was delayed - not sure of the reason. The tracking info provided unline showed it was returned to sender because the addressee had moved - more than likely the shipping label was incorrectly printed as the other items ordered were delivered to the same address without a problem. I am also dissatisfied with the printing as the top/bottom of the logo is missing. When I ordered it online the logo fit in the box on screen however it appears it was too big for the cards so a part of the top or bottom is missing. If there was a problem with the logo, then I feel I should have been notified so that it could have been corrected before printing 200 card with part missing.
Resolution Update — We would like to send you a corrected order but are unable to contact you. Please call customer service so we can personally assist you. Your feedback is appreciated. Thank you for making us aware of this situation.

Magnets are great, but not what I had ordered

The magnets are great and came in a timely manner. But they were not what I ordered. They are missing 3 lines of text. I even received an email showing the text on them, but when I received them, it was not there. I like to get what I order and pay for. Again, the magnets look great, but I wish they were as I ordered them.
