Wrong order sent

I ordered 72 custom logo mugs to hand out as favors at our company Christmas Party. I received them a week in advance and good thing I opened boxes to look as I discovered I was sent someone else's order!!! I called customer service immediately and no one could find out what had went wrong, and there was no way they could get me the correct order in time for party, even though they had 5 work days still. I was very disappointed and unhappy. Cancelled the order :( and I hope my credit card gets credited back the amount owed. P.S. I believe the lady at customer service was genuinely sorry for the error and even more sorry she couldn't fix it!
